Refund Policy

Overview
Riven AI, Inc. ("Riven", "we", "us") offers a Free tier with no cost and paid subscription plans (Pro and Enterprise) for the Riven AI platform. This Refund Policy outlines our approach to refunds and cancellations.
No refunds
All subscription fees are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, we do not issue refunds or credits for any partial subscription period, unused features, or downgrades.
Cancellation
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.
- After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the Free tier.
- Data exceeding Free tier limits will be preserved for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
Free tier
The Free tier has no associated charges and does not require a payment method. There is nothing to refund for Free tier usage.
Enterprise plans
Enterprise customers with custom contracts may have different refund terms as specified in their individual agreements. This policy applies to standard self-serve subscriptions only.
Billing errors
If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge, charge after cancellation), contact us at legal@riven.dev within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and correct any verified billing errors.
Payment provider
Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, tax collection, and payment processing on our behalf. For billing inquiries, you may also contact Paddle directly through the receipt or invoice you received, or review Paddle's Terms of Service.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service.
